Winter day on a farm (Fosterfields living historical farm, Morristown, New Jersey)
Sam tried some of the chores that one would do during a winter day on a farm: ice harvesting, wood sawing, and taking care of farm animals. The best part was riding the tractor wagon!

Sam wrote these on post-its and read and showed them to Katherine. He is also saving them in a special box so she can read them later when she is older.
